
New Employee Health Assessments
Workplace Occupational Health provides new employee health assessments for individuals who have recently been recruited into a business or organisation. These assessments help to identify any potential health issues that could impact the new employee’s ability to carry out their required job role or work tasks.
New employee health assessments are conducted through a health questionnaire completed by the employee via our secure online portal. The health questionnaire is reviewed by our experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisors. If any health conditions are identified, they are discussed with the employee via telephone, video consultation or a face-to-face appointment, if necessary.
Once the health questionnaire has been reviewed and all relevant checks have been completed, a health clearance form is sent to management via our secure online portal. The health clearance form outlines the employee’s fitness for the specific job role and includes any recommendations or adjustments that may be required in the workplace.
